The roaring 20's are back
Join us for an unforgettable weekend
100 years ago, NCHS opened the Fontenelle Receiving Home in Omaha, Nebraska. The addition of this building forever changed the way we serve children and families. We are commemorating this pivotal moment in our agency history with a weekend long tribute to this iconic era. From September 26-28, we are embracing all the glamour, all the decadence and all of the nostalgia of The Roaring Twenties. Four incredible events, one spectacular weekend. Pack your flapper dresses and fedoras and come along with us.

Knock & Whisper is the only event where more formal attire might be appropriate. Though 1920’s theme costumes are welcome (and you will surely see some!), business casual works too!
We hope to see lots of children at our Welcome Home Breakfast and 100 Years of Community Carnival! Children are allowed at HomeGrown and may even enjoy the food trucks and sitting by the fire pits. Knock & Whisper is a 21+ event.
